Delivery

How soon can you deliver?

The delivery time is mentioned on the product page.  Delivery time varies for many products because we work with different suppliers to ensure that we always have an extensive catalogue.  In order to make sure that the delivery time is accurate, your co-operation is needed to confirm the artwork / design as soon as possible.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes; we understand that you may need your merchandise at different locations.  We are happy to split your order into different parcels according to your instructions.

What are your delivery charges?

If you need us to ship to a single location, we offer FREE shipping.
if you need us to ship to multiple locations, the delivery charge starts at AED 20 per additional address. It depends on the total weight of the parcel. Your account manager will give you the exact shipping cost once the delivery information has been finalized.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!  Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quotation since the rates vary depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Printing

What kinds of printing do you offer?

Laser engraving, Screen printing, D-embossing, UV printing, Sublimation heat transfer - to name just a few. When you select your gifts, the printing method best suited for your choice will automatically pop up. Please visit our printing page to know more about our services.

How does my logo get printed?

We give you the best printing solutions for your logo and will send you the digital artwork of the same once you have chosen your gifts. This will give you an idea of how your logo will appear on the gift before confirmation.

You can choose to print all colours of your logo or choose a single colour for the same. We are happy to talk you through this process.

What kind of artwork or file extension shall I upload?

Please select a vector file to ensure the best quality print.  The file should end in: .svg, .eps, .ai, .pdf.

What if I don't have the file extension?

Don't worry!  Our designer will prepare one for you.  Thereafter, you can keep your artwork on file to make re-ordering simple and easy.

Customisation

Can you print personalised messages or names on my gifts?

Yes, most certainly we can.  We are a holistic gifting-as-a-service platform that will meet all your needs when it comes to corporate gifting.

How do customised boxes work?

Completely your choice - contact us and let us know what you want to put into your box and we shall do the rest.

Will all the products fit in the box?

Your account manager will measure the box to ensure that your products fit perfectly.

Do the customised boxes come preassembled?

Yes!  We handle all the assembly for you so that you don't need to worry about anything once the shipment has been delivered.

Can I further customised what goes in a box or do all the boxes need to be the same?

Yes!  We want to make your life easier so that you don't have to do anything once the shipment has been delivered.  You can further customise every box, the choice is up to you.

How to I manage all this? It sounds too complicated.

At the moment, everything will be managed by your account manager through google sheets.  We promised that the process is straightforward.  You will be guided through the entire process.

Order Management

Can I get a sample of my gift before confirmation?

Yes, most certainly you can! Please contact us on hello@giftcloudsolutions.com or call us on  1300 877 503 and we will be happy to process your sample. 

Will I see a sample before my order goes into production?

Yes!  We will only process your order after you have confirmed the artwork from the printed sample.

How soon do I need to provide the shipping address if I need you to ship to multiple locations?

The sooner the better.  We recommend providing all the information at least 7 days before delivery.

How can I or my recipient track the gift?

You and the recipient will get a notification with tracking details. And you can also monitor details in your account dashboard.

Can I order unbranded gifts?

Yes you can! Simply select from our catalogue and skip the steps for uploading your logo.

I do not have addresses of all my recipients at the time of placing the order

No problem at all. Your personal gifting executive will manage the order form and collect details from the recipients. 

What happens if the recipient does not provide any information to us such as the shipping address or the exchange item(s)?

In that case, your account manager will notify you and the items that you initially selected will be processed.  The order will be sent directly to you.  We do not want to carry any credits to your account.

Payment & pricing

How do I know price details?

GiftCloud believes in transparency and immediacy - you can see the price details as you make the selection of gifts. You do not have to send us emails and then wait for a quote!

Do you offer additional discounts for larger orders?

Yes!  We are open to negotiations. Please contact us to discuss your project with us.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards if you want to pay online. We also accept cheque and transfer.
Choose whatever is convenient to you at the checkout.

Do you charge VAT?

We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services.

I cannot find my preferred gift in your catalogue

No problem at all! Please contact us and we shall be delighted to help you find your product. We have a solid & dependable network of global suppliers.

How do I open an account with you?

The account is created automatically when you register on our website.

What if I am not happy with my order?

We want you to be 100% satisfied when dealing with GiftCloud.  If you are unhappy with the order because the product is defective or because the quality of the print isn't as expected, please contact us with 7 business days after receiving the products and we will work with you to fix the problem.  We can process your order again or issue you a refund.
